Yeah, this bad-idea-in-a-bowl franchise concept is owned by the same people who brought Cold Stone Creamery which is failing across the country.

The Santa Cruz franchisee sold her house to finance this – $250K+. I believe Jesus (or Madonna) decided this woman and her husband had too much money.

Dang, I have no idea when it closed. I didn’t know it was a chain either. Unbelievably stupid. Anyway, perhaps by calling City Hall, you could eventually be transferred to someone who knows when it was closed. Or the downtown association. And of course you can post the photo in the blog. Thanks!
